I wanted to take the time to extend my appreciation to a wonderful job you and your company Chesapeake Atlantic did in constructing my home. From the very beginning you helped me understand my needs, and my finances to the final days and details of the closing on the house.

I can't believe it has been five years since I moved into my house in Lotus Creek! I still have people asking who built my home. This is a tribute to you without a doubt, and I will always recommend you highly.

In the past five years I have had the opportunity to see other new homes, and I have not seen the kind of quality and craftsmanship evident in my home. Your ability to communicate was a great asset. The time you spent with me during its construction certainly paid off. All my questions and concerns were always given your immediate attention and you always made me feel my home was your number one priority.

Once again, I want to extend my thanks for all that you did to make my homebuilding experience a pleasurable one. If I ever decide to build again I would want you to do the job!!!

My husband and I were very set on a centrally located home in Virginia Beach and we love newer homes. We couldn't find anything that we loved, but had an idea that we could buy an older ranch in a nice neighborhood and renovate. We found a very old and very small home in Thalia that was in our price range for a renovation, but it was hard for us to envision.
